Who we are
The Classroom of Hope is an initiative that was formed to see to it that those deprived and disadvantaged children living in Cambodian communities are provided with the much needed educational services that will help in giving them a platform that they can use in reaching their dreams and aspirations in life.
What is the vision of the Classroom of Change?
It is the vision of the Classroom of Change to see to it that each and every disadvantaged child in Cambodia gets provided with high quality education to help them develop holistically.
What is the mission of the Classroom of Change?
It is the mission of Classroom of Change to help build a Cambodian society where education becomes a necessary right for each and every child without any discrimination.
What are the values of the Classroom of Hope?
The following are the values of the Classroom of Hope;
- To treat all people with equal respect
- To be very honest in all dealings with the people
- To partner with the various individual communities
- To help sustain the development of the community and the people within
- To always make sure that the kids are placed at the centre of every educative program
These are the five (5) major values of the Classroom of Hope.
How can you support the Classroom of Hope?
The Classroom of Hope is a charity organisation that renders all its services to the disadvantaged people in Cambodia without expecting any kind of payment in return. It therefore depends on the generosity of the public to be able to carry out all the various activities and services that it has been rendering to children in Cambodian communities. This is why it has made the following avenues available so that people can also make a positive impact in the lives of all those disadvantaged and needy children in Cambodia.
Organise your own fundraising event
This avenue allows the public to use their own ideas and creativity to organise a variety of events with the aim of helping to raise essential financial support for the Classroom of Hope. There are no limitations with regards to the events that can be organised and as such people have the freedom that they need in order to successfully fundraise for the Classroom of Hope.
Make a donation
This involves the giving of gifts to the Classroom of Hope by people within the communities. Such donations can be made either periodically or as a one-time thing.
Leave a bequest
This involves including the name of Classroom of Hope in your list of beneficiaries when you pass away.
Sponsor an event
This is for people who are interested in providing financial and material support for any of the events that are organised by the Classroom of Hope.
What services does the Classroom of Hope provide?
The main service of the Classroom of Hope is the provision of high quality education to all Cambodian children. Education is a basic necessity of life but most children in Cambodia do not have access to this and as such it has been taken up by the Classroom of Hope to make sure that each and every child gets equal access to educational facilities and resources without being discriminated against.
