Who we are
So They Can is a charity organisation that was established in the year 2009. The main aim of establishing this organisation was to see to it that children living in Nakuru were provided with the necessary educational support materials and facilities so as to help break the chain of poverty and tribal conflicts in that area.
What is the vision of So They Can?
The vision of the organisation is to see to it that poverty in deprived communities in Africa is eradicated through the provision of quality education to the people living there.
What is the mission of So They Can?
The mission of the organisation is to help with educating the children in all deprived communities in Africa so that they can realise their full potentials and in turn help eliminate poverty from their community.

What are the services provided by So They Can organisation?
The organisation provides a number unique and appropriate educational support services to the people living in the deprived communities all over Africa. Some of these services are;
Educational services
This involves the provision of educational facilities and resources which are aimed at helping to educate the children in all the deprived communities in Africa so that they can also benefit from the employment opportunities available to those who have been educated.
Community development
This involves the undertaking of various activities which are all aimed at helping to develop the community through the building of human capacity. A number of programs are undertaken to ensure that people are equipped with the necessary practical skills needed to carry out certain jobs and tasks.
Personal welfare
This involves the initiation of various programs aimed at helping people to realise their full potentials in order that they can also cater for their needs without having to heavily rely on the support from any other place.
A lot of communities in Africa have been plunged into poverty mainly due to the various conflicts that spring up among the different ethnic groups and this has been realised as the main cause of poverty. This is why the organisation does everything possible to ensure that people are provided with quality education, supported to develop their skills and also given the opportunity to undertake certain activities which will help put them in a better position to cater for themselves without totally relying on support from any place.
What are the ways to get involved with the organisation?
The organisation has put in place a number of ways through which the public can also render their support towards the work that it has been doing in deprived communities in Africa and some of these ways include;
