How’s this for an Easter gift? This April, Mater Lotteries are giving you the chance to win a beautiful waterfront home located in the prestigious Hope Island, QLD as part of a whopping $1.6 million prize package.

The first prize package is worth $1.6 million, and it offers much more than a gorgeous new home or holiday retreat. There’s also an included design, electrical, furniture & window coverings package valued at $153,125 that could be yours! To make the prize even sweeter, the winner will also receive a bonus $5,000 in cashable gold bullion

A Hope Island Lifestyle

Located just 17 km from the Gold Coast, this is a premier private gated estate complete with a marina, shops, restaurants, schools and more within close proximity. The lucky winner will not only receive a beautiful 4 Bedroom home sitting on a generous 903sqm, but they will win the private waterfront lifestyle that comes with being a Hope Island resident.

Living in this area of sunny Queensland is a dream for many. Whether you’re looking to retire, raise a family or just after that perfect coastal getaway, Hope Island sits in a truly prime location topped off by being in a private gated community.

Surrounded by the world famous and exclusive Pines Golf Course and the stunning Hope Island Resort Golf Course, the area is somewhat of a golfer’s dream getaway.

The area is clearly one of those places that causes a lot of envy and for good reason. Everyone seems to be talking about the area along with nearby Sanctuary Cove, this is a true hotspot in high demand which may also play a role in increasing property values even further in the future.

Living in The Gated Community

The Prize Home in Mater Draw 288 backs onto a wide marina that surrounds and threads the Hope Island community. The waterway runs east directly into the Coral Sea and is highly accessible.

Though Hope Island residents consist of families, professionals and retirees, not many gated communities are catered so well toward family living. The “kid-friendly” neighbourhood is unusually abundant in young families given the high-tier properties.

Prize Home Highlights

The home is complete with modern, stylish fittings and furniture. The absolutely stunning balance of style and comfort will make you feel like you’ve walked inside an interior design magazine, while the choice of textiles and surfaces scream comfort.

It’s often considered bold to utilise more than the odd indoor plant in interior design — especially in waterfront areas. However, there is no argument that the designer behind the interior of the 56 North Quay Circuit home knew what they were doing. Masterfully matched elements of the home really bring it all together.

If you thought the interior was impressive, the real treat is the outdoor living that the home brings with it.

You will be trying to make excuses to host guests and occasions with this outdoor setup. Complete with a pool, a yard and an outdoor dining area, what more could you ask for?

The dining area and pool are tiled with a dark marble look, and the pool is separated by glass safety fencing. To top it off there is also a wooden decking area for sunbaking by the pool — or simply turn around and enjoy the marina right by your backyard. If this wasn’t enough, the outdoor areas also comprise grass and verandah areas.
