The Home in Pyrmont

The Antias building is on the western side of Pyrmont, an upscale neighborhood that runs alongside the Sydney CBD. It looks out over Blackwattle Bay and the bridge that leads to Rozelle and the western inner-suburbs of the city. There are only 43 apartments in this exclusive property, spread over 4 floors with distinctive red louvre balconies on the side facing the bay. Waterfront Park is right across the street and the building is well insulated from its neighbours by trees and greenspace.

The master bedroom has a large ensuite with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms share a central full bath. One of the additional bedrooms has a small balcony and all three have expansive robes.

You’ll also have access to the common facilities that include a lap pool, fitness facility and tennis courts. Imagine spending the day visiting the attractions of Sydney harbour and coming home in the evening to this kind of luxury!
