The latest offering from the Surf Life Saving Home Lottery offers you exactly that opportunity. A luxurious home in a private residential community on the Gold Coast will have you living a life of leisure that most can only dream of.
The home at 2490 The Parkway is located within the community of Sanctuary Cove, 55 kilometres from the centre of Brisbane on the Gold Coast. The resort covers an area of 474 hectares to the south of the Coomera River, and Coomera Island lies off its eastern perimeter.
Sanctuary Cove is an entirely self-contained community, with its own shopping centre and entertainment venues. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the Marine Village, from where you can watch the sun set over the private harbour. There are also dozens of specialty, fashion and gift shops in the village, along with a full range of banking and business services.
You’ll be spoiled for choice with two championship golf courses in your back yard. Both the Pines and the Palms offer world-class play on immaculate fairways. The Pines is Australia’s only Arnold Palmer signature course and is one of the country’s most challenging venues. The Palms offers more relaxed play on another championship course which was recently rejuvenated to the tune of $8.8 million by designer Ross Watson.
The Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club provides a whole different level of exercise, entertainment and pampering. There you’ll find a 25-meter heated swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym facility and five flood-lit tennis courts. When you’re done, there’s always time for a soothing massage.

The Surf Life Saving Lottery Draw #183 closes at 12:00 noon AEST on October 16th, 2017. The First Prize Winner will be drawn at 12:00 noon AEST on October 20th, 2017.
The draw will be held at 190 Montpelier Road, Bowen Hills, Qld. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
All winners are advised by registered post in addition to being contacted through the telephone number they have provided. A list of winners will also be published on October 25, 2017 in “The Australian” newspaper.

Unfortunately, the prize home won’t be open for public inspection prior to the draw. If you want to rent out the property while you’re deciding what to do with your prize in the future, you can expect to receive about $44,200 per annum. You’ll get even more if you decide to leave the furnishings in place. That’s enough to treat yourself to a new car, holiday or other special treat every single year!
